Every Fire Sprinkler System inspection begins with a visual inspection of the equipment. Many common problems have symptoms we can identify with a visual study. After this, we progress to a thorough physical inspection of the equipment to ensure it is working properly. Finally, we will certify the inspection has been completed, and the equipment is working properly.
We offer a variety of services including both regular inspections, quarterly inspections, yearly inspections, 5-year inspections, and emergency service. Quarterly Inspections can be required depending on your sprinkler system, NFPA or your local AHJ requirements. Yearly Inspections are more common and heavily recommended. Every year our technician will fully inspect your sprinkler system. This inspection includes an examination of your hanger, pipe fittings, sprinkler heads, value supervisory alarm devices, information signage, hydraulic nameplate, mechanical devices and more.
NFPA 25 requires an internal inspection of the fire sprinkler system piping every five years. This is designed to inspect for the presence of foreign organic and inorganic material that may obstruct the pipes in an emergency. We are happy to schedule your inspections to make sure your system is ready to go in an emergency. Finally, we offer emergency service, and we are always on call to help you diagnose and repair system problems
From pre-action and deluge to foam-water and standpipe, there are many sprinkler system types on the market today –– and your inspection frequency depends on the type of system you have, as well as your local AHJ requirements. Be sure to consult with your state and local AHJ to find out the required inspection frequency for your system.
